Consumers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the contract, even if the digital delivery has already started or the licence has been activated. This is a voluntary contractual benefit that is more generous than the minimum exception that can apply to immediately supplied digital content.
1. Digital products
Ronsofts sells electronically delivered software licences, entitlements, subscriptions and related activation information. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, no physical product is shipped, so there is no parcel to return and no return postage or restocking fee.
2. 14-day consumer refund right
If you are acting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the distance contract for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded. To use this right, send a clear statement before the period expires through our online withdrawal form, by email to ronsoft2022@gmail.com, or by post to our registered address.
Please include your name, order number, order email address and product. You do not have to give a reason. We will acknowledge an online request by email.
3. Delivery or activation does not remove our promise
Under EU rules, the statutory withdrawal right for non-tangible digital content can normally end after the consumer expressly agrees to immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of the right. Ronsofts does not rely on that exception during our published 14-day promise. You may therefore request withdrawal within the period even after we sent the licence or activation began.
4. Refund timing and method
After a valid withdrawal, we initiate the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the request. We refund the product price and any related mandatory fee using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method that creates no extra cost. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time after we initiate it.
There are no shipping, return, handling or restocking deductions for digital delivery. After withdrawal, you must stop using the product, delete copies in your control and reasonably cooperate with deactivation or access cancellation where technically possible.
5. Defective, incorrect or undelivered products
The 14-day promise is separate from your mandatory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, incompatible with a specification we expressly stated, or not delivered. Contact support with the order number and error details. We will first try to deliver or bring the product into conformity within a reasonable time, free of charge and without significant inconvenience. Where the law permits, you may then be entitled to a price reduction or contract termination.
6. Orders by businesses
The no-reason 14-day promise applies to consumers. A business buyer receives it only if the product page, quote or individual agreement expressly says so. This does not limit remedies for non-conforming performance or any non-waivable legal right.
7. Fraud, misuse and duplicate refunds
We may verify the order holder and transaction before refunding. We may refuse a duplicate claim, a request outside the applicable period, or a claim involving fraud, unlawful copying or a chargeback already resolved, but we will not use this clause to remove mandatory consumer rights.
