We do not offer an additional change-of-mind refund guarantee for supplied digital products. This policy does not restrict your mandatory rights if a product is not delivered, faulty or not as described.
1. Before you order
Check the product, edition, platform, licence period, activation allowance and delivery timing. Ask us before purchasing if compatibility or the offered entitlement is unclear. Buying the wrong edition or changing your mind does not create an additional contractual refund right.
2. Immediate digital supply and withdrawal
Software is not automatically exempt from consumer withdrawal rules simply because it is digital. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, the statutory withdrawal right ends when supply begins only where the applicable legal requirements have been met: your prior express consent to supply during the withdrawal period, your acknowledgement that the right will be lost, and the required confirmation from us.
Checkout asks for that consent separately from acceptance of the terms and records it with the order. Where the exception validly applies, there is no no-reason withdrawal right after supply starts. Where those requirements have not been met, or another mandatory right applies, that right remains available. We do not treat a purchase, payment or an unchecked box alone as consent.
For an order that has not yet been supplied, contact us promptly to request cancellation. We will check the order status and your applicable rights. Use the cancellation and withdrawal form or email us with your order number. You do not need to give a reason when exercising a valid statutory withdrawal right.
3. Delivery, activation and product problems
If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery window, an entitlement is incorrect, or activation fails, contact support with your order number, product name, operating system and exact error message. Remove licence keys, passwords and other sensitive information from screenshots.
We will investigate and provide the remedies required by the contract and applicable law. These may include completing delivery, correcting access, bringing the product into conformity, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund where legally appropriate. A failed activation does not automatically mean the software is defective; checking the edition, account and installation helps identify the issue.
4. Approved refunds
When a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and process it within the applicable legal deadline, normally through the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. We do not charge a fee for a statutory refund.
If a contract is validly cancelled or terminated, stop using the affected entitlement, remove any copies you are no longer authorised to use and reasonably cooperate with lawful deactivation. We do not require you to disclose a publisher-account password.
5. Business customers and earlier orders
Consumer withdrawal rights do not generally apply to purchases made for a trade or business. Business customers keep the contractual and legal remedies applicable to their purchase. Earlier orders remain governed by the policy and contractual promises applicable when they were placed; this update does not remove existing rights retrospectively.
