Model withdrawal statement
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following digital product: . Order number: [number]. Ordered on: [date]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date].” A signature is needed only for a paper statement.
After submission
We will acknowledge an online request by email. After valid withdrawal, we initiate the refund within the period stated in the Refund & Return Policy. You must stop using the digital product and reasonably cooperate with licence deactivation where technically possible.
