For paid digital content without a physical medium, the withdrawal exception applies only when supply has begun after your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right will be lost, and we have provided the required confirmation. If these conditions are not met, mandatory withdrawal rights remain. Rights for non-delivery, faulty products or products not as described are unaffected.

Model withdrawal statement
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following digital product: . Order number: [number]. Ordered on: [date]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date].” A signature is needed only for a paper statement.
After submission
We acknowledge online submissions by email and check the order, supply status and applicable rights. A submission acknowledgement does not itself confirm refund eligibility. Read our Refund & Return Policy for the conditions and process. For an activation or delivery issue, describe the problem so we can provide the appropriate remedy.
