What does Ronsofts sell?
Digitally delivered software licences, subscriptions, entitlements and related access information. The exact product type, platform, licence period, activation allowance and delivery time are shown on each product page.
Will I receive a physical box?
No, unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Standard Ronsofts orders are delivered electronically.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Most products state “usually within minutes”. Products that require manual or publisher processing state “within 1 business day”. The timing shown on the product page controls.
What does “Activations” mean?
It is the device, user, server or core allowance associated with the offered licence, such as 1 PC, 1 user or 5 devices. It does not promise unlimited reinstallations. Publisher account and EULA rules may also apply.
How do I know whether a product runs on my computer?
Check the Platform specification, then compare the publisher’s current system requirements with your device. Contact us before ordering if compatibility is unclear.
What currency do you use?
The international store currently displays and charges in USD. Applicable tax is calculated or confirmed at checkout based on the billing information and legal requirements.
How will I pay?
Available payment methods appear at checkout. Card and supported wallet methods will be displayed once the configured payment provider is active.
Can I request a refund?
Consumers receive our published 14-day refund promise, including after digital delivery or activation begins. Read the Refund & Return Policy and use the withdrawal form.
What if the email does not arrive?
Check spam and promotions folders, confirm the product delivery window has passed, then contact support with your order number and order email address.
Do you offer business quotes?
Yes. Use the contact form and state the products, quantity, company country and any billing requirement.
Are you the software publisher?
No. Ronsoft S.R.L. is an independent retailer unless a product page expressly states another relationship. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and publisher licence terms also apply.
